Found a spec for a Voyager TET detector

This may or may not be the one flown,
but it probably is. I see a 0.005" cutback,
whereas Hary Trexel drew it as 0.010";
that's my only question. The thickness
of the periphery is 0.133", same
as the COMPAS one.
